General terms and conditions

Via its online platform www.ck-sportcenter.lu CK Sportcenter offers indoor tennis courts, squash courts, badminton courts and padel courts which can be booked by the user for a limited period of time. Courts may be booked for these specific sporting activities only. Via the online platform the user may also purchase credit that can be used to pay for subsequent court bookings.

Court bookings are made via the online platform operated by CK Sportcenter. All court reservations must be paid for in advance and grant the user the right to use the specific courts selected in the online portal.

The user intends a binding booking for one ore more courts. In order to make a binding booking the user must provide his first and last name, address, phone number and e-mail address and pay for the booking on the homepage of the booking system.

The amount to be paid by the user for a court booking is assessed by taking into account the time of the day and the duration of the reservation. The amount will be displayed during the booking process as final price including value added tax. The entire amount is due for payment to CK Sportcenter immediately.

The succesful completion of the booking is confirmed by CK Sportcenter with the sending of an e-mail with the subject line "New Reservation" ("Neue Reservierung").

The user books a court for the time period indicated in the process of the reservation (rental time). Upon expiration of the rental time ends the user's right to use the court. The user is required to leave the court without delay, especially after  immediate re-use of the court.

Court reservations can only be made on the full hour and consist of a playing time of 60 minutes. In case the user exceeds the playing time by more than 15 minutes he will be charged for an additonal booking which he has to pay for at the front desk immediately after leaving the court.

The user may cancel his court booking free of charge up until 23.59 on the day before the booked appointment. If the cancellation is made in due time the amount according to the price list will be credited to the user's player account. Any cancellation after 23.59 on the day before the booked appointment is no longer possible. The paid booking fee will thus not be credited back to the player account. Any claims arising out of this shall be excluded. The same terms and conditions apply to cancellations of seasonal or yearly subscriptions ("Abos").

All personal data is subject to data protection. In general, CK Sportcenter will not pass on personal data to third parties.

Each user is required to acknowledge and follow the internal house regulations of CK Sportcenter.

House regulations

Opening hours are Monday to Sunday from 08.00 - 22.00.

The light for the tennis courts is not included in the price. Light tokens can be purchased at reception during the opening hours. The light for badminton, padel and squash is included in the price.

During the rental time only authorized players are allowed on court.

Each user is required to avoid any action that might jeopardize the smooth operation of the site, the order and the safety and would be against the principles of accepted morality.

The user is required to treat CK Sportcenter and its facilities with consideration. Courts may only be entered with suitable and clean indoor sports shoes. The soles of the sports shoes must not leave black marks or stains on the court surfaces.

The user commits himself to ensure tidiness and cleanliness. Waste must be discarded in the bins provided. CK Sportcenter is to be left in the same condition as found.

Smoking is not permitted inside CK Sportcenter and its facilities.

CK Sportcenter is not liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Each user is liable for any damage that may be incurred by CK Sportcenter or a third party as long as the damage is due to the user's behaviour.

Each user must comply with the instructions of CK Sportcenter, its employees and its agents.
